Your data
It runs inside your own Microsoft 365
Scout is a managed Power Platform solution. It installs from AppSource into your firm's own Microsoft 365 tenant and runs on the licences you already pay for.
Data stays in your SharePoint
Every item Scout reads, every opportunity and every action taken is stored in your firm's SharePoint. They are your records, in your tenant, under your governance.
No ongoing access for 3DH
After setup, 3DH keeps no access to your environment. Your firm owns the connections.
Processing inside your Microsoft boundary
Scout processes within your Microsoft 365 tenant, subject to Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitments where applicable.
The partner stays in control
Scout only suggests. A partner reviews, edits or discards every draft, and nothing reaches a client unless a person sends it.

Per partner, per month, price on AppSource
It runs on the firm's existing Microsoft 365 licences. There's no platform fee or implementation project, and no annual contract.
One additional mandate pays for the year.

Questions law firms ask
Where does our data live?
In your firm's own Microsoft 365, in your SharePoint. Nothing is copied to 3DH or anywhere else.
Does Scout contact our clients?
No. A partner reviews every draft and sends it or discards it.
Does it replace Microsoft Copilot?
No. Copilot is a general assistant; Scout is built for business development in law firms. They work side by side in the same Microsoft 365.
How is it deployed?
From Microsoft AppSource, into your own Microsoft 365, with a 30-day free trial. Most firms install it themselves. If you'd rather I set it up with you, I will.
What does it cost?
Per partner, per month. The price for your market is on the AppSource listing, and there's a 30-day free trial. For larger firms, write to me and we'll agree on a price.
